WellBeing Medical Care is going back to the basics of medicine to deliver personalized medical care. WellBeing Medical Care consists of a single experienced and certified Family Medicine Physician, Dr. Kristin Clark, striving to provide the best medical care possible, when and how you need it.

- "I will see you on-time, A 3pm appointment means Dr. Clark is walking into the room with you at 3pm."

Appointments more than 24 hours in advance can also be requested using the online scheduler by clicking the Appointment Scheduler menu item at left. Appointments are available daily, times other than those listed on the scheduler can be accommodated upon request.
Dr. Clark is an out-of-network provider with all insurance plans. Patients are responsible to pay for the office visit at the time of service. Dr. Clark will complete a bill for the visit. Patients mail the bill to their insurance company to receive reimbursement. Rate of reimbursement is dependent on the insurance plan.
